Commercial Water Damage in Birmingham, Alabama

This is a commercial water damage that happened to be located in the downtown area of Birmingham. The water line in the wall of one of the 4th floor apartments broke which flooded down to the first floor. The power, walls, and carpet were all affected which led to removal (tear out) of baseboards and laminate flooring and checking for moisture in uneasily detected areas.
